Undergraduate theory courses developed and taught at LUMS
Advance organic chemistry (Chem-334, spring 2012, spring 2013, spring 2014, spring 2015, spring 2019, spring 2020, spring 2021, spring 2022 and spring 2023): The last of the three organic chemistry courses that undergrads take in their senior year order to graduate as chemistry majors.
Introduction to drug discovery and development (Chem-352/Bio-352, fall 2012): An elective course designed for the chemistry and biology seniors/junior. The aim of this course was to give students a holistic approach to the process from identification of the biological target to selling the drug in the market.
Spectroscopy – Theory, and Applications (Chem-333/Phy-333, spring 2013): The course introduced the juniors to various spectroscopic techniques including NMR, Mass, IR and UV.
Chemistry of organic functional groups (Chem-332, fall 2014, fall 2015, fall 2016, fall 2017, fall 2018, fall 2019, fall 2020, fall 2021 and fall 2022): The second of the three organic chemistry courses for undergrad students.

Retrosynthesis (Chem-534, spring 2014): The organic chemistry courses for MS students that discusses various retrosynthetic approaches for the synthesis of the organic molecules.
Organic Synthesis (Chem-734, spring 2014): The 3rd organic chemistry for PhD students that is aimed at introducing advanced ideas of organic synthesis to the students.
Chemistry Research seminar (Chem-502 spring 2014, fall 2015, spring 2018): The course involved the training of graduate students to deliver research talk.
Chemistry Literature seminar (Chem-501 spring 2015, fall 2016, spring 2016, fall 2017, fall 2018): The course involved the training of graduate students to deliver literature of their research work.
Organic Spectroscopy (Chem-533, spring 2016, spring 2017, spring 2018, spring 2019, spring 2020, spring 2021, spring 2022 and spring 2023): The course is designed to discuss the application of various spectroscopic techniques including NMR, Mass, IR, and UV in the structure elucidation of the organic compounds.

Organic Chemistry Lab II (Chem-430, fall 2012, fall 2013, fall 2014. fall 2015, fall 2016, fall 2017 and spring 2018): The last of the two labs that chemistry majors have to take in their senior year.
